We want you to love your Pilora Vest. If it's not right for you, we'll make it right.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 business days from delivery to return your vest for a full refund or exchange.
What We Accept:
- Unworn, unwashed vests with original tags attached
- Original packaging (if possible, but not required)
What We Don't Accept:
- Worn or washed vests
- Vests without tags
- Damaged or altered products
*What we don't accept will be subject to no return
How to Return:
- Email us at info@piloraactive.com within 7 business days of delivery
- Include your order intent code (in confirmation email) and reason for return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label
- Ship it back (free return shipping for US orders)
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
