  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to US + International.
  • Estimated shipping times are provided but not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer 30-day returns on unworn, unused products in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used, worn, or damaged products
  • Products without original packaging or tags

To return a product:

  • Email info@piloraactive.com within 30 days of delivery
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and a picture of the unused item with the tag attached in its entirety.
  • We will provide return instructions

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are sold "as is." We provide no warranties beyond those required by law.

We are not liable for:

  • Misuse or improper care of products
  • Injuries or damages resulting from product use
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
